Ford Fiesta Indicator bulb replacement (front/side/rear) inspection Headlight broken

Andy was ok, managed to come out to me earlier than planned.
Andy only came out and inspected the car, carried out no work, but I was still charged almost the price quoted only taking a couple quid of.
Would be happier if he only charged me 1/2 the price quoted, seeing no work was done.
Andy also gave me a quote for additional work, but I feel that is too expensive so am looking at other garages to see if I can get a cheaper quote.

If the headlight wasn't already broken I could have removed it and replaced the bulb as requested. Unfortunately as I advised you this could not be the case as the there was existing damage which I didnt want to touch as it could make it worse. I asked if it was ok for me to charge the minimum fee for my time which you agreed.
Click mechanic set the minimum charge not me and to be fare I have to travel a good distance for each job I accept.
I am therefore disappointed that you gave me a 1 star for quality.
