James was really good he was friendly and polite. James took pictures when he came to look at my car to show me the problem. When he fixed it he again sent pictures and upon returning my car he showed me the parts he had taken off. This put me at ease after bad experiences in the past from other mechanics. Highly recommendable will be sure to use again.
