The last time I bought a used car, it was a duffer. I need a new one, and as my husband works away everybody has said (typically) "get a man to check it over". I'm so glad I did. I spoke to Jon beforehand and took him through the conversations I'd had with the garage about the car. He contacted me with 15 minutes of completing the check to advise that he felt uncomfortable straightaway with the vehicle, something just "wasn't right", little things were not correct. He thought it had been in a front end accident, the bonnet wasn't original, there was damage under the wheel arches, scratches, misalignment. .. A host of things that the untrained eye doesn't spot.
