Sean was very accomodating and after I rang him we managed to arrange a mutually beneficial time for pick up.
The work done seems fine (the brakes stop the car and there is no scraping noise from the pads now).
Would I use Clickmechanic again? You bet I would. They were much cheaper than our local garage (who incidentally charge the same rate for labour yet their quote was over £60 more) and they beat my dearest quote (from a national repair outfit) by over £100.
If I could improve the service in one way I would say it would be nice to have a clean car back after the work. I know it was a terrible day weather wise but the car came back pretty mudded up.
Maybe that's nitpicking but I thought I should mention it.
All in all a great way to get your car fixed.
