He was polite, professional, courteous by explaining everything he was going to do before starting and, showed me the faulty part that caused the problem with the Heater Fan Speed Control, once replaced. He Knew exactly what he was doing and completed the work in no time at all! Excellent! So, highly recommended and 5 Stars from me!
