Andrew was friendly, efficient and very knowledgable; he also explained what he had done and the probable cause of the problem. Very pleased with him, his approach and frankly with the whole ClickMechanic system - all worked better than I had expected it might. Andrew was even happy to talk about a difficerent issue which I might now be getting done by ClickMechanic. I particularly liked the hassel free approach to the job - no drive to the garage, no sitting for ages in the garage reception waiting to be booked in or talk to whoever is 'looking after you today', no having to go and pick up the car and wait while sorting out the invoice - excellent.
