I will NEVER EVER use Click Mechanic again! They are a rip off and a joke. My car needed 2 lower ball joints and a brake caliper. After the garage inspected the vehicle I was initially given a quote of £192 which I accepted thinking this would be the final cost. A short time later the garage phoned to confirm I was happy with the quote and I said to go ahead. I don't know why, but about an hour later I decided to have another look at the quote, and to my horror the quoted price had shot up to £825! Apparently the original quote didn't include the cost of the parts. All the car needed was 2 ball joints and a brake caliper! This price is extortionate!! In the end they did half the work for £402 plus VAT. I wanted to cancel completely but felt unable to at this late stage. Read more

This error in pricing was an mistake made by ClickMechanic and not by Whites Garage, and we apologise for the confusion. Accurate quoting is extremely important to the team here at ClickMechanic as well as Whites Garage who spotted the mistake straight away and went out of their way to ensure was corrected.
