Jordan was absolutely amazing with the job he did today. After a hectic day yesterday with car troubles Jordan managed to come out the same day I booked and promptly fixed the problem whilst being friendly, professional, and very informative, answering all questions I had. An absolutely wonderful person and made the whole process simple from start to finish. He kept great open communication and delivered an excellent service going above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend a nicer more knowledgeable mechanic.

Jordan was great. He phoned me the day before my booking to give me the run down on how long the work should take, needs to be done, and estimated arrival / drop off times.

He was spot on with timings, great communication and very knowlegeable honest about what to look out for in the future with my make and model.
