I needed a clutch replacement and my mechanic was called Floyd he was amazing he picked my car up a day earlier than arranged which suited me perfectly he returned it the morning after he was very friendly and polite and I have had no problems with the clutch since, I will definitely use him again in the future

I am very unhappy with the service I have received today.
When I asked whether your business is VAT registered, instead of answering my question I was told that I could cancel the service if I wanted to. I do not consider that a professional response.
My car was collected at 9:00am and it is now 5:40pm and it has still not been returned. I have received very little communication regarding the delay.
I have already paid £231 for the service and MOT, and only later received a text message quoting additional work of £110 for a tyre, £245 for a wishbone and £90 labour. Before considering any further work, I would expect clear communication and proper explanations.
At this stage I would like my vehicle returned as soon as possible. I am dissatisfied with the level of customer service and communication I have received today.
Please confirm when my car will be returned.
