The driver who collected our car was punctual and very friendly. As the car was taken away we didn't come into contact with anyone else and not being a mechanic as far as we can see, the work is satisfactory. On the face of it we would definitely use this company again. Many thanks.

Thornbury Tyre and Autos were very friendly and the work appears to be of very good quality. I was rung early on the day of the appointment apologising that the car could not be picked up and asking if I could drop it off, which was actually very nice of them as I had assumed I was dropping it off anyway! At the end of the work, I was offered a complimentary car wash, too. I would recommend the mechanics and the only point I would mark down was that I didn't get a call about an hour before the completion of the work (I actually went to the workshop after the car had been dropped off a few hours and was told the car would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes). yes the clutch seems to be fine , the only problem i have found is that my drivers side wing has been pushed in causing my door to bind on the wing it was not like this when it went in.

They arrived an hour late, the guy who came to pick up the car told me they would bring it back before 7 pm (he came at 11 am and my appointment slot was 10-12), and 2 days after my Major Service being done i discover that the car was COMPLETELY OUT of wiper fluid. On top of all of that, they didn't even reset my service indicator in my dashboard.

Great experience. Only lowered the score on punctuation as he was a bit late. He made up well for that by providing a fast service on my car! Plus he bought me a coffee as a make up, which was something he didn't have to do but did anyway. Would definitely come again!
