Carlton was excellent, both in terms of communication and professional expertise. The problem was sorted with no fuss. I honestly can't think of any way this experience could have been better (short of not having to pay for it, but that was never going to happen). Five stars.

Carlton was professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. I was very pleased with the outcome and the car seems to run and sound a lot better than before!

Carltone was friendly and able to get on with the job without having to move the van from where it had broken down on a hill. Job was completed in full and was even able to make a slight repair on some cable which wasn't mentioned in the quote.

not very good. had to get it redone at a nearby shop. The job was to replace rear shocks but the springs were not rethreaded properly and left me with all sorts of strange noises. with the good reviews I never expected this amateur mistake.
