Fast turnaround, managed to be with me the day following booking. Text me to let me know he would potentially run late as he had a longer job than expected, but still managed to get to me within the allocated timeslot.

Workmanship was excellent and he is very polite and personable. I would 100% use him again. Especially as he had some trouble removing my brake pads due to rust, and he didn't complain or try to charge extra for additional labour.

The guy he works with was also great, clearly dedicated and helpful.

I was really lucky to be assigned such a professional pair of chaps.

Text messages on their way and when the arrived. Very friendly and polite. Amazing job added rear brakes to my order and completed whilst here. Waited whilst I took it for a test drive didn't leave until I was happy. Highly recommended

Amazing service. Had him out to replace both Front Shock Absorbers. Text and let me know he was going to be slightly late, but as soon as he got to me he got straight to work. Even went out to the shop to get something he needed and still came back and finished the job efficiently. Even quoted me for other work I need doing! Definitely recommend his services

Ryan and his colleague were fantastic. When faced with a very stubborn disc retaining screw they persevered and spent way more time on the job than they should have, just to get it right for me. I really didnt expect that level of dedication to the task. Would recommend very highly. Thank you, both!

I think Ryne did a great job replacing the brake pads and discs.

Ryne is clearly a knowledgeable mechanic, very friendly, also answered my questions very clearly. However, communication and punctuality could be improved. The booking time was 2–4 pm, but I wasn't able to reach him at 2 pm to get an ETA. I was waiting, then only being informed at around 3 pm that the price had increased due to the cost of the parts. Due to the traffic, he eventually arrived after 4 pm, outside the scheduled time window. The job was done around 6pm.

I'm sorry the timing of the price update and my arrival didn't meet your expectations. I did try to contact you the day before your appointment to let you know about the increase in the cost of the parts due to availability, but unfortunately I wasn't able to reach you. When we spoke on the day, I explained the reason for the price increase and, once you were happy to proceed, I provided an updated ETA. Unfortunately, I then encountered unexpected traffic, which meant I arrived a few minutes outside the scheduled arrival window.
