Very good communication, quick and knowledgeable answers to queries via text message and via the ClickMechanic website. Kieran and his colleague Luke were able to help us with our clutch problem very quickly (only 2 days after posting the query on the website). They were punctual, and they seemed to have done a great job replacing the clutch. It turned out that the release bearing in our clutch had failed and the entire clutch had to be replaced; what was not clear was whether or not the flywheel (which is a very expensive car part, more expensive than the rest of the clutch system in our car) had to be replaced as well. After discussions with Kieran and Luke, and their strong recommendation that we do replace the flywheel (the old one was showing signs of excessive play), we decided that this was the right course of action. Explained what he needed and what he would be doing prior to starting, including how long roughly it would take.

Cracked on with the job and let me know once it was complete, explaining what I needed to do on first drive.

Kieran was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He arrived ahead of schedule, completed the job in no time at all, and the quality of work was excellent. Rear brake discs, pads and wear sensor all replaced efficiently and professionally. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable he was throughout, and he left everything spotlessly clean and tidy — you'd never have known he'd been working on the car. Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic. Highly recommend Kieran without hesitation.
