Ibrahim was polite, friendly and answered all my questions clearly and fully. He communicated well before and during the visit and cleaned and tidied up after himself thoroughly.
He suggested I take the car for a test drive to check I was happy with the work and it felt like I was driving a new car!

Ibrahim lovely and helpful. Car seems ok, I'm just not sure click mechanic has paid for the tow as it doesn't show on their site. But it does show I paid for the tow on klarna. The help and support pages were no help and there is noo e to call for clarity.

Ibrahim fitted the clutch which seemed fine but after a day or two I was getting a clunking noise so I took it back to him and they had forgotten to put a nut on the subframe which they done but now it’s still not 100%. I can still hear something going on underneath, so that’s the reason for giving the low star rating

Ibrahim arrived earlier than expected to pick up my car. He said it would be returned the following morning, I asked him if it could possibly be returned the same day as I needed to go out the following morning and he said he would do his best, he actually brought my car back just before 10pm in the evening - brilliant service!!!

Lightning fast collection, work and delivery. Not great on comms and returned during unsociable hours, but got the job done. Obviously a very hard working guy. Thanks

The clutch of the car failed. It was making a terrible noise every time I pressed it down. I was told that the bearing had gone and a timing belt, so I needed a new clutch kit and a timing belt. Ibrahim replaced it. The work was extremely impressive. The clutch is now buttery smooth. it really feels like a brand new machine runs so quiet. I'm always impressed by expert workmanship and this job is no exception I pray both Ibrahim and his colleague get far more business. I would use them again exceptional workmanship, thank you very much, a pleasure to do business with. 9.5 out of 10. Very good.

He did a really good job. And I was happy with the work he did. He could have communicated a bit better with me that he was running late but I can’t fault his workmanship
