Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the gear box fully as it is not a standard automatic.

James was great, although I wasn't there at that time my parents informed me that James was very helpful and communicated the problem perfectly. He phoned me later and again explained everything really well and provided a great service.
He's exactly what you need when things go pear shaped with your vehicle.
