My automotive career started working at a BMW specialist, where I spent several years developing my skills in diagnostics, servicing, repairs and fault finding on a wide range of vehicles. During this time, I gained valuable experience working on complex systems and built a strong foundation in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics. I later moved into a mobile mechanic role, which I thoroughly enjoyed as it allowed me to provide a convenient service directly to customers while tackling a variety of jobs in different environments. The experience gave me the confidence to take the next step and establish my own business, combining the convenience of mobile repairs with the professional standards and expertise I've developed throughout my career.

The work was completed quickly, however I was told any problems to ring and he would come back out, implied over phone head gasket had gone, and said car was idling the day before which wasn't mentioned at the time, said he would call back next day didn't turn up or have the decency to answer the phone.

Thank you for your review, however the job was for investigation into a Coolant leak, it was your expansion tank. I rectified the issue the same day with a new expansion tank and bled the system.

I had a phone call about the car running rough with white smoke a day after. I explained that it was running rough a little before hand and changing of the expansion tank wouldn't cause the issue. And explained I'm happy to do an investigation into this job, this job is through Click Mechanic and not through me directly. You would need to go into Click Mechanic and book for a investigation so then I could Accept then come out. Just like we had to do before I could replace the tank. If you rebook it through Click Mechanic I'm happy to accept and come out like I've explained over the phone.

I would like to say I did not say the head gasket was gone, I asked if your husband drove it without any coolant in it, as it could cause it to overheat and blow the head gasket, like I explained that what happened to my car from a coolant loss issue.

If you want me to come take a look, I'm happy to do so however it'll need to be booked prior to my arrival.
