I never met the vehicle examiner but from seeing the photos and reading the report, a very thorough and comprehensive examination which identified issues within the vehicle which i would not have seen or known about Outcome is this examination prevented me from paying £10,000 for a vehicle which i would have purchased and spent hundreds, if not thousands more

Was very helpful and friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly. Clearly explained to me what the problem was, what the fix was and how much it would be for him to fix it. He then gave me time to think about it and to test the car with the work he had done before committing. I didnt feel pressured at all

Renato was efficient, arrived well within the allocated time slot and completed the work in a timely manner. Renato asked me if he could proceed with bulb replacements and investigative work to identify a problem with the registration bulb before going ahead. This is the second time I have used Renato.
