Renato turned up on time,completed work within an hour car now runs and sounds great.First time I have used click mechanic very impressed with the whole setup.Will be using again and would highly recommend.

The mechanic came in at the booking time, after two hours, he told me that he finished the clutch replacement and left.

I went out for a drive, then the dashboard showed several faults including the engine faulty. The car was also not as smooth as it was.

I was scared and contacted the ClickMechanik, who told me to contact the mechanic. Which I did. However, I didn’t get response until the following morning. When he texted me that he will check it in the afternoon. I had been waited for the whole afternoon and send message in the evening to ask what time would he be able to check. Again, I have got no response.

I send text message to him and wanted to claim my money back, so I can get another engineer to check. He text me me back and told me that he would be able to check it the following day.

He then came in and checked it , and told me that he connected the wire to the wrong side and it showed be fine now.

I asked him to drive on the road and I will tell him what I mean by not running smoothly. He drived to the road and I pointed out to him that the start of the car is not as smooth as before he replaced the clutch.

He told me that was fine and suggested me to buy a diesel cleaner. Then this will be gone. What I don’t understand is why the car wasn’t like this before he replaced the clutch.

Luckily the dashboard signs disappeared.

He only charged me for the work and parts that were used. I have complete faith in his diagnosing abilities, punctuality and honesty. His explanation of the faults encountered was highly detailed leaving me convinced that he is able to resolve any future issues that may arise.

He was early, quick and seemed knowledgeable. I have placed a further order based on his diagnosis and fairly confident he will fix my cars issues.
