On time, communication was superb, texting/phoning on arrival, when finished, explaining everything etc, did a good job promptly and a genuinely nice bloke, would highly recommend.

Shafiq arrived on time, was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained all the things he was doing, and gave advice on the safety aspects of new brakes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shafiq to anyone, and would definitely use him again if I need any more work doing.
