I didn't see them, the job was meant to be done outside my house, then suddenly a further £70 was added for recovery. I queried this and was told it was to take the vehicle to a garage at Hythe. I had to pay a further £40 for a taxi to pick my car up. When I got there I was told it would be 5 minutes, half hour later the car was finished. Not happy at all as it cost me £110 extra over the initial quote.

Hi, we are given the option to accept the job as either a mobile mechanic, or a garage collection service, and for vehicles that are not driveable it states on the app that the customer has been informed a recovery fee not exceeding £70 can be added, we had your vehicle colledted and replaced your clutch, we close at 5:30 which is why I said to come for then, I did say I could arrange to drop the vehicle back to you also when we spoke on the phone, and the reason it was 20 minutes late was I wanted to make sure everything was spot on for you and that it was working ok, apologies that you felt let down with the service you received we done our best for you and got you back on the road.
