Shahid called me and let me know his plan of action. He made me feel at ease and was polite. During the assessment of the car I wanted to buy, he explained to my wife who was present, what he thought were issues. My wife was pleased he pointed out mould and things that weren't noticeable to us. All in all I was 100% satisfied and it saved us buying a problematic car!
