Being as I needed my car ASAP as I use it for work, Cardiff trade centre got it back to me within 24 hours. Lovely chaps and reasonably priced.

They were very good and came early so they would be able to get it back. Even left us a car!

All sorted within the day and dropped back to me. Great, thank you.
For clickmechanic, it would be nice when using an unfamiliar garage if they could give you the old parts they've changed as reassurance the work has been done fully. Just a general observation and not a criticism of the Cardiff Trade Center! I'm sure they'd have done this if I'd asked them directly.
Overall will use again.

Pick up for car at 1 pm then I was back home by 4 pm, very satisfied with the process by ClickMechanic, work done (Ford Fusion front springs replaced) and people involved from Cardiff Trade Centre especially Sheraz. I rate it as a 5 star service, with no hesitation in reccommending them.

Probably the worst service I’veever had you need to read the communications ive had and speak to your employees Alexandra Nigel Joe. Today is the last straw I’ve just found that the engine block cover is missing. The mechanic is supposed to be coming on Saturday to fix the problem I think this is unlikely.
Please treat this as urgent and let,e know what action you will be taking. Reg RO61 UEW

This is the third I've used Click Mechanic and intend to use again

The collection and return of my vehicle was approcimately on time. The repairs necessary were carried out the same day to allow the car to pass the MOT and my initial impression was favourable. However after getting in the car following its return the seat adjuster had been broken. I raised the issue with the garage immediately and was told they would repair. A week later I have had no response from them. Also the repair completed to the suspension is unsatisfactory and despite ringing numerous times, still cant get to speak to anyone in the garage

Car was collected in the morning and delivered in the afternoon, so didn't get to meet the mechanic.
