Job was great and mechanic very friendly, unfortunately he was 4 and a half hours late.

Unfortunately, jobs on customers’ vehicles can sometimes be unpredictable. A repair that is initially expected to take around 2 hours can sometimes take 4–5 hours when unexpected issues come up. In those situations, we prefer to take the necessary time to complete the job properly and to a high standard rather than rush the work.
Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened with the job scheduled before yours today. On top of that, the distance between the two locations was around 2–3 hours, which contributed further to the delay.
We completely understand that being kept waiting for 4.5 hours is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We truly appreciate your patience and are glad that, once he arrived, our mechanic was friendly and provided good service.

Manraj was friendly, helpful and did a great job fixing my car. I had lost my locking wheelnut and he was very understanding, got a new one ordered and returned 2 days later. Provided good information on the work completed. I have no complaints. Much better than any garage I've been too ever. Would choose again :)

Manraj was a sound lad. He arranged to change the parts at my request the day before as I wanted better quality gear. On the day, He was late by a few hours because of a previous job gone bad but he rang and checked it was ok to come later and was apologetic. He worked hard and showed me around when he had done. There was a bit of a language barrier to be fair but I’m very broad Yorkshire. I must work harder on my English! ;-) cheers.
