They were superb, originally told by another mechanic who tested the car insurance needed, passenger side wheel bearing replacement, these guys did the job, but when testing car, noise and vibration still there, they did full vehicle check and found it was actually driver side bearing that needed doing. Can't fault them for anything, 100% will use again 10 out of 10.

Big thanks to BMS Garage for a quick turnaround when the starter motor failed on my work van, they really helped me out during a stressful time. Communication was excellent, they answered any questions i had & I was kept upto date with the progress of the repair from start to finish. Recovered van when they said & repair completed in rapid time. Upfront & reasonable pricing. An honest, friendly & skilled garage who come through with what they say. I would definitely use BMS Garage again.

I can't really leave a review as I never saw the mechanic the car was collected and taken away on a trailer. Having said that the car was collected and returned at the agreed time and the car is running fine. The guy that collected and returned the car was polite and cheerful.

Amazing group of people. Great communication through out and speedy work

A highly professional company who couldn’t do enough for me to make this a problem free repair and I would recommend them and Click Mechanic to anyone wanting a trouble free and competitive vehicle repair .

This garage communicated with me extremely well, the mechanic was friendly, and new his stuff, I would be more than happy to use them again.

Needed a timing chain replacement on an 18 plate Evoque. None of our local garages were interested. After approaching Click Mechanic within 24 hours they recommended BMS Garages of. Southampton who quoted a very reasonable price and offered to start the work within 3 days which was brilliant. BMS contacted me, and went through what they would do and how long it would take. They gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a ‘proper mechanic’. They collected the car on time, kept me informed and delivered the car back 2 days later. Brilliant service, competitive price and job well done.

The garage were extremely helpful and fixed everything they said . Very good service

Fantastic garage so friendly called to let me know what was happening then again before dropping car home
Will definitely be using them again thank you

Very happy so far with my Golf diesel which is running beautifully now that it has a new fuel injector. BMS Garage Services have great communication, Psemek(?) was always friendly & polite on the phone when confirming the work. The driver was punctual collecting the car on a Saturday morning at 8:15, & my car was delivered back 3 hours later. Great service! Would definitely recommend & use again if required. Thank you.
