Never met or spoke to the mechanic. A pity as a quick call at the end of the service would have been reassuring.
Had the car nearly for hours for service and MOT with seemingly excessive milage for the test drive after the service. Very strange indeed! Garage did not keep to the requested return time, which was disappointing and very stressful. Collection and deliver driver (same person,) was courteous.

Your vehicle was picked up just before 10am, the recorded mileage on the vehicle was 24,791 at your doorstep. The Recorded mileage on the MOT was 24,797 which matches with the distance between the garage and the pickup location. It got returned with 24,804 miles.
The vehicle passed its MOT with no advisorys which means it was perfectly roadworthy. The MOT test was booked for 12pm, the pickup slot (the time slot in which we collect the vehicle from you) was between 10am-12pm. MOTs generally take around an hour and the car was dropped off at around 13:10.
If the mechanic had picked up the vehicle at 12pm, it would've come back to you later.
We communicated with you as soon as we reopened as we were closed during new years which was when you first messaged. We answered all the queries you had in the message.
The individual who picked and dropped off your vehicle is a mechanic. He rang you before heading to your address, picked the vehicle up, arrived at the garage, put air in your tyres as this was what you requested and then returned the vehicle as soon as all work was completed.
The mechanic had mentioned you seemed happy when he dropped your vehicle off.

I booked for full service & mot. Mechanic arrived to collect my car from home within he allotted time frame. He explained would complete the mot first & call if any works required & to agree any additional cost if any parts required & then complete the service. Mot pass so no additional cost. Great service, Will definitely use them again .

I forgot to ask the name of the mechanic who helped but when I called the one I spoke also was very polite and the mechanic took was the same. Took the car on time and was back with all work done on time. I had a oil and filter change and they are awesome. Will surely be going to them for any future works.
