Communication was almost none existent. I had chase both for a pickup time, after he missed the agreed one by two hours, I texted git no answer and eventually got a reply after placing the problem on your site. He arrived 3hours after the agreed time. So late Friday afternoon. After a brief conversation on pickup I said I assumed drop back would be on Monday. No comment from him was given on time. At 2pm Monday once again used your site to get a answer after not hearing anything at all. The reply stated dropbacks started after 6pm. At 7pm that night I rang 9 times got no answer. Once again I drop a complaint via your site and 2hrs later a reply came back 8am to 10am next day the car will be returned. I said to drop the keys off through the letterbox as I may not be around. My wife was and at 9am the following morning I once again called him. His garage is 15minutes down the road. I said my wife was waiting on him to arrive before she went to work. I got the impression he wouldn't have dropped it off until way past 10am. 20minutes later the car turned up. I've travelled about 240miles in it upon its return so mechanical it seems sound.
