Richard was 1st class, was on time, knowledgeable and right away noticed that we had received a wrong diagnostic on the car. He did his own diagnostic and let us know what we needed. The job he came to do would have been very expensive but he told us he wasn't there to rip us off, and advised us of the correct diagnosis. Would recommend to anyone and trust me you won't regret it.

Richard was friendly and very knowledgeable, and carried out the work as required. He explained the faults, cause and what had been done to fix them. He even took time out to make me aware of two other issues he'd found which I was unaware of, showing where and what the issue was and what was required in order to address them. I'll definitely be looking to book Richard again to get these resolved.
