Richard was on time and very good at explaining the problem. It transpires that there was a second issue I was unaware of and this was also resolved at a vary fair price and explained to me clearly.

Rick was very friendly, he was on time as was stated. He explained things to me in fine detail. He was very helpful in advice. Would 100% recommend him.
