Kieran arrived on time, checked what he needed to do and gave an estimate of how long the job would take.
Then he cracked on with the job.
Afterwards, he advised of some repairs that may need doing in the future and some advice on the parts that have just been fitted.
I would happily recommend Kieran and will use him again for any repairs.
