Callem made a big effort to help me when booked for a pre-purchase inspection. He called to confirm details and offer advice the day before. On the day, the garage selling this van upended the plan by selling the vehicle before he got there. In the end the booking was cancelled but Callem called and offered advice and feedback on the seller.
