Hey Andy as the co founder of the company of the company your email was perfectly timed. My cars issue with it's MAF sensor cleared itself about 2 hours before Matthew you're mechanic was due to arrive, I spoke to Matthew and he agreed that as that had happened we should monitor and rebook, which made sense to both of us, Matthew explained he couldn't cancel the appointment, as that needed to come from me so I was a tad aggreived that the cancellation cost me £40, not your mechanics issue, but folks should be aware that when you cancel because it makes perfect sense,with Click mechanic as opposed to your local garage you will get charged, and I'm sure Andy you'll point to your T&C but for your customer it's a little bit annoying but hey ho.
