Kristian was fab. He went the extra mile when he didn’t have to and I had my car back asap. Very grateful. Also, a light came on and after messaging, someone was outside my house within half an hour to check it. Definitely will book again.

I was in panic mode - my car was broke and I need it for my job as a Live In Carer. I was tild two weeks and between £600 and £700 for replacement clutch. Clickmechanic and Kristian had to have been sent by the Angels! Half the price and 24 hours! Job done! Thank you seems so inadequate but it means so much. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou.

Kristian responded quickly to every text I sent him. Our time slot was 09:30 - 11:30 and was with us just after 10.

Once looking at what Kwik fit had told us was a problem with the drive belt, Kristian explained it didn't really need changing and it was up to me whether I wanted the work done.

I appreciated his honesty as this would decrease the fee to pay, I agreed it looked fine - but he still changed it quickly. Made me aware after that the squeaking was still there a little and recommended next steps to take in getting the problem fixed.

After his service he even let me know to get my brake light changed that I hadn't realised. 10/10 on a bank holiday weekend, I would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, down to earth and trustworthy mechanic.

Happy with the work carried out, turned up earlier than expected and job was completed within 30 min.

The lads were brilliant, punctual with the arrival time and kept us up to date with the work.
