Liam was class, helped solve an issue unrelated to what I had booked him in for and guided me through how I can solve the problem. Going as far as to tell me what tools and part I needed and where is best to get them.

Liam was first class. He rang me to let me know he was en route and gave me an arrival time. He was very polite and informative. He explained everything very well and is clearly a very experienced mechanic. The job was completed and thouroughly tested before he left. I could not be more impressed.
