About the price. Very high price for nothing.. because I booked for Dpf cleaning take it out for cleaning. But they could not.. and they cancelled. But still I paid 100 pounds..

Click mechanic deal with payment, not the individual mechanics
As you were shown on the day click mechanic does not offer a DPF removal & cleaning process.
We didn’t complete the work knowing it wouldn’t fix it to save you the cost of the booking, other payments are dealt with by click mechanic.
We turned up 2 hours early so not sure how 1* for punctuality is correct, you were extremely rude from the start and we remained calm and professional with you so again not sure how communication is a 1* & we didn’t complete the work because you didn’t need it and you would of been wasting your money so again not sure how you can grade the quality of work when the work wasn’t completed…
