Alexandru was very pleasant and thorough, and took the time to show and explain what the problem was. In replacing the defective clutch master cylinder his colleague explained that even the slightest dip (1ml) in clutch and brake fluid could impact clutch performance. I hadn’t realised this at all. Came early as agreed, removed and replaced clutch both engineers undertook job and workered quickly.
Reverse gear appeared to catch now but hadn't before, will see if it's a problem, engineer aware. left everything clean and tidy.

Yes absolutely, Alex was brilliant and worked very effectively. My order was to replace timing belt and water pump on my Skoda Octavia, Alex started his job at 9am and finished at 10am, upon the completion he showed me what he just replaced a proof of video before and after the replacement. The works he’s done are perfect, my car now runs smooth like new!

Great guys, would use again. Fast and efficient, polite and informative, can't ask for more really.
