Alexandrue was punctual, and very professional throughout the repair! He took a video of the new parts before / during and after fitting. and another video of the various stages of repair !

I booked a mechanic through ClickMechanic for what we believed might be a timing chain replacement. The mechanic was absolutely lovely. Kind, polite, and professional throughout the whole process.

He clearly explained everything he was doing and kept us informed while diagnosing the car. He quickly found the problem and fixed it efficiently. What I really appreciated was how thorough he was, he even asked us to take the car for a test drive afterwards to make sure we were completely happy with how it was running.

Alex is an outstanding mechanic — experienced, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. He replaced the clutch quickly and to an excellent standard. He was friendly and professional, arrived exactly at the agreed time, and worked with great care and attention to detail. When he finished, everything was left exactly as he found it — he even placed the locking wheel nut key back in the glove compartment. It’s rare to see that level of thoughtfulness and professionalism. I’m absolutely delighted with his work and would recommend him without hesitation.
