I didn’t have good experience using click mechanic for the following reasons:
The mechanic asked me to drop the car instead of him collecting as stated in website.
1 to 2 hours job took almost 3 days
The mechanic ordered wrong part, he said that ClickMechanic sent the wrong part. This is not true as ClickMechanic is just an online platform, they don’t order parts for customers.
The mechanic eventually ordered the right part, but increased the price by additional £91.17 on top of original quote of £126. In his WhatsApp message he said additional cost was 9.17, which i authorised. After I picked my car, checked my bank account then I realised that I was charged additional £91. 17 instead of £9.17. I called him, he said it was a typo error. Infused resolution centre with email backward and forward, I had enough, eventually agreed to split the additional cost 50/50.

Gagan was great, cannot fault him. Turned up on time, called an hour before returning. Gave me all the information I needed and was very knowledgable and friendly. Would highly recommend.
