Mechanic was very friendly and communicable. He found a problem very quick and help to find way to resolve problem. He is professional and know what he is doing.

He was polite on time unfortunately the problem was complicated electrical which he could not fix but did isolate the problem.

Graeme was helpful and efficient. The communication was excellent and the work done quickly.

Really happy. Was open and honest. Gave clear information in language that I understood. What more can you ask.

Very pleasant and helpful. Mechanic but didn't manage to fix spark plugs as they were in too tight and he didn't want to chance getting spark plugs out incase he damaged the car. Unfortunately we've had to book the car into Mercedes to see if they can do it
