Graeme was punctual and kept me informed at all times, patiently explaining the work that he was carrying out. His approach was very customer focused which was reassuring . The work required was more extensive than expected but he took the time to explain the reasons for this and provide options going forward. He was focused on my happiness with the work carried out at all points of the process.

Graeme was fantastic, he phoned to help me diagnose the issue. Unfortunately I’d missed that the alternator was faulty so Graeme quickly sourced a replacement and stayed late on a wet, dark Friday to fit it so I had the car for work the next day.
