Graeme was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Got lucky in that he didn't have any other work of any great import for the rest of the day so was able to replace the knackered clutch immediately after the diagnostics test.
Due to the nature of the job, (had to take out / off a lot of parts to get to the clutch), he was able to advise on a lot of other issues that will need addressing in due course but also advised not critical unlike the very tired clutch.

Graeme was amazing as always, super efficient and friendly. Was happy with the service!
