Chris was great, polite and informative. Would go to Car Craft Bristol again (possibly not through Click Mechnic). One comment: work was meant to take two hours, but I was actaully without the car for most of the day.

The 2 hour time slot is the actual charageable time that you are charged for .In addition there is the time taken for collection ,job assesment and awaiting parts supply,quality control checks road testing and delivery back to you in Bristol traffic !

the mechanic was very helpful,and tried to sort the problem,he found no faults using his diagnostics,he cleared the e.c.u.and his advice was the car was ok to use,but if any major faults appear then ring again,
