Although I didn’t meet the mechanic in person, communication via phone and text was highly satisfactory. The car was collected on time and although the job took slightly longer than anticipated due the availability of spare parts, the job was completed to my satisfaction.

The whole team at KIMADE were exceptional from start to finish. They were professional over the phone and even collected my car from home, which was incredibly convenient. They carried out a major job, including changing the timing chain and completing several other tasks. When I got the car back, it was spotless and running better than ever!

What really stood out was the communication – they kept me regularly updated with progress videos, so I was never left wondering what was happening. Overall, the service was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I’d definitely recommend KIMADE to friends and family.

Very happy, could feel the work done the next time I took the car out. Although the car failed the MOT the issues and work required was clearly identified and pricing was explained and reasonable. Payment was also easily made. Communication around the return of the car was also good.
