Hello,
Unfortunately, it seems as if you are having difficulties using the click mechanic app. You expected us to pick your vehicle up, do the work (discs and pads replacement) and redeliver your vehicle within the 2 hour time slot at 4PM. Bare in mind, you knew we were collecting your vehicle from Blackburn and you’re located in Bolton.
We did mention over the phone that this wasn’t possible for us and you requested to cancel the job. You wanted us to cancel this job, when you’re the one who requested a cancellation, not us.
