I got several quotes, all garages saying what a big job changing the heater matrix was and one garage refused to even consider it due to it taking between 4-6 hrs. I am a little confused why it took so little time and if I have paid too much?

Ivan was absolutely brilliant. He came bang on time, even offered to come earlier as he had a cancellation (which sadly wasn't suitable for me). The work completed was thorough and word for word what I paid for. This was a concern as I've used named garages up to now and half the paid for items in a major service were clearly neglected. Thankfully, not this time!

Decent brands used on the parts not bargain basement in order to increase profit. This was a nice touch as it shows me Iban takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
