Ivan was excellent great knowledge and extremely friendly would highly recommend.

Friendly on approach and welcoming, the service took about an hour , I asked where he had done the service he replied outside on the road in the rain , slightly concerned by this as I am a carpenter of over 40 years experience and I do not work in the rain , I thanked him for his work and he departed ,
when I returned to my vehicle I noticed the drivers seat pad was slightly wet and the passenger door card and footwell was wet also , not good in my opinion
I checked the oil level as its on board diagnostic and noticed the oil level was a quarter full this looked wrong to me it seemed low so I rung Ivan and asked about the oil level quantity and said it seemed low and was that the correct amount of oil for my car Audi a4 avant diesel he said the gauge would raise as the car heats up
I have reservations about his competence and presentation not very professional in my opinion and I will not use him again as I am not sure if he has done an oil change which means I will have to pay for another mechanic to check the oil has been changed, so honest opinion Click Mechanic I don't trust your staff and would like to know the quantity of oil that was used in the service.

I discovered that the wet belt on my Corsa needed changing urgently on a Friday afternoon. Ivan came on Sunday morning when he said he would, knew what he was doing & quickly got on with the job meaning I could drive to work on Monday morning! The car has been fine since and I'm so grateful that it could be fixed at such short notice with absolutely zero hassle. Would absolutely recommend Ivan!
