Rang after the booking time to say he was going to be a couple of hours late. Ok that’s fine. Paid for 4 new lavingator tyres and a diagnostic test. I received a different brand of tyres which I don’t mind but it was not communicated. I received my car back at roughly 8pm with just keys posted no communication. I went outside to inspect the work carried out and was met with a splattered sauce in the footwell, my handbrake not engaged, a few papers lashed in the back and a missing dust cap. As for the diagnostic test I didn’t get to have a discussion with the mechanic, just a texted quote just shy of £600.

Yes did call and check could move job back a bit as a unforeseen issue on previous job held up but as you state this was all fine
The tyre brand you selected were out of stock the tyre supplier therefore supplied the similar brand tyre which were 4.50 per tyre more expensive which didn’t charge
The sauce or papers was nothing to do with me if had stood on and stepped in car with I apologise
Nobody answered door hence why posted key also diagnosis and quote is sent through app if you wanted to discuss feel free to call in opening hours
Hope you could see have done best for you and job was carried out

stevan was brilliant, he came early morning & collected my car to fix an oil sump. i mentioned i had another issue with my boot latch (which i wasn't booked in for) and he had no problem but to fix it for me the same day! he delivered my car off the same day of repairing, couldn't appreciate and recommend him more. thankyou so much

Stevan was fantastic. After initially contacting him to see if we could move the appointment to the weekend so that I could have my car for work on Monday, Stevan went above and beyond to accommodate me.
When he arrived he took the car, sent me photos of him doing the oil change and brought the car back promptly. I found Stevan to be a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable mechanic and I will definitely use him again.
