work ok but not very happy in the charge for what work was done and the edf still blocked so the full charge should not have been done i was charged before the work was done

need changing aswell

Kirk was a great guy, unfortunately we could not start my pick up truck, he said he couldn't do the diagnostic check because my battery wisent charged enough, and my other battery had to much power, the truck battery was a 75AH and my second battery was a 90AH he said try to find out more about the immobiliser fuse and change that, it may help , and buy a new battery so at the moment i still have no truck,

Kirk was brilliant. He was a bit delayed due to waiting for the car parts to be delivered but I was told in advance and he wasn't actually that late in the end so I can't fault him for that. He was friendly, positive and was great at explaining things, he didn't treat me like an idiot and he was clear so i knew what was wrong. He also let me know my car battery had split, which the garage i had been to at the weekend hadn't mentioned, but I've got it booked in already. Definitely happy with the service and I'd be happy with Kirk working on the car again because he's upfront and warns you about other issues that he isn't there to fix.
