Kirk was great he knows cars inside out and was very thorough he found the fault and thankfully it doesn't affect the car too much I still have the faults but now I've got peace of mind I totally recommend Kirk, a bloody good bloke

I had a very nice young man called Kirk. He arrived actually early which was great as I was already at the dealership. He was very courteous and approachable as a woman with not a extensive understanding of the mechanics of a car he explained everything in layman terms and then took his time doing a thorough analysis explaining any of my queries as he went without any hesitation and in depth. work ok but not very happy in the charge for what work was done and the edf still blocked so the full charge should not have been done i was charged before the work was done
