Poor level of English/thick accent made it difficult to understand precisely what the issue with my vehicle was and the work required. Most interested in getting me off ClickMechanic so he could deal direct. I'd researched the issue and fix extensively myself but wanted it doing professionally. Quote for renedial work was verbal, vague/mumbled and massively inflated compared to 5 other mechanics/garages. Disappointed that after using a service like ClickMechanic I've had to take the day off work to ring around and sort myself. To be fair, one of my family members had used the garage in the past and found them okay. Think they just tried it on with me because I took a luxury SUV in. Got the work done for half the price locally. Will go direct to them next time. Read more
