Excellent work, good communication, collected the vehicle on time and returned at the stipulated time. Provided video footage of the work before and after and was clear and concise about recommended future maintenance. Would definitely use these guys again!

My car went in for a timing belt change and came back destroyed,.
Would absolutely not reccomend these to anyone and if I could of given 0 stars I would have.

The mechanics communication was shocking a days work took a week and it didn't even drive when returned it, they had to push it into the driveway and it was billowing thick black smoke out when he tried to drive it off the truck then he couldn't get it to start.
The car worked fine when it went into the mechanic I had just been advised due to it doing 100000 miles timing chain would need doing so I booked it in with these cowboys and they totally destroyed my land rover.

Having a severely disabled young adult in the house the car is our lifeline so we paid for these to do the timing chain as they said it would only take a day, they had it the best part of a week no communication then he returns it and hes absolutely ruined it! It no longer runs!
He clearly has no idea what he was doing and shouldn't be offering to do jobs he clearly has no idea about.

Disappointed in customer service, ive asked how I log a complaint and nobody's responded. So to date ive paid the best part of 2 grand and my cars not even driveable and im not sure it will even be fixable.

Collected earlier than expected and finished earlier than expected which is great. Collected and delivered the car perfectly. Work carried out seems good, car is driving fine, no odd noises and changing gear smoothly. Will take time to adjust to a brand new clutch but feeling happy with it thus far.
