didn’t carry any repairs out as he couldnt find the fault so iam 78 pound worse off and no wiser as to why my car is making a banging noise

Hi Deborah, I spent 45 mins checking your car for a noise, I jacked up both sides of your vehicle, to check for the noise, your vehicle had been involved in a crash, which you told me, the bonnet has been bent up, I have shown you where it has been hitting on your wing, as I am a mechanic not a panel beater I cannot bend your bonnet back straight it would need to go to the dealer, thank you for your review Justin
