Ross was down to earth, honest and capable of explaining what was required thoroughly to someone with little to no knowledge of cars. Nice guy all round. Took him a brief time to acertain the issue and when he had he then explained clearly how to go about getting it fixed or what he could do to fix it should I chose to use his services. Mechanic named Ross went and had a look over a car I am hoping to purchase - Seemed like a really nice bloke with good communication and time keeping and generally went out of his way to help, and I don't think you would find a better man for the job.
Would highly recommend him to anyone, and would for sure use him again without a doubt.
